How long will it take to receive my order?

Please be advised that shipping delays may occur during the Christmas period due to increased demand. Currently, our estimated wait times range from 1-2 weeks.

Once we have received your order, we aim to dispatch within 7 working days.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout, but is FREE on all orders over £500.

How do I pay for my order?

We work on a pro-forma basis, and orders placed through this website will be taken through a secure payment window. We can not dispatch until payment has been received.

Will I receive an invoice?

You will receive an order confirmation including full breakdown of costs. Please get in touch if you'd like to request a seperate invoice to be sent over email.

Do you accept returns?

We are unable to accept returns on perishable goods, including sprinkles.

My order has arrived, but it's damaged.

Damaged goods must be notified within 7 days. Please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
